The Space:

The studio is a bright and pleasant space featuring a PVC floor with underfloor heating. It includes a generously sized separate bathroom and an additional separate toilet, both equipped with underfloor heating. The studio is divided into three sections. Upon entering, you encounter the kitchen with a small dining area by the window. The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix. Moving towards the sleeping area, you'll find a spacious box spring with two separate duvets and ample storage space for clothing, both hanging and laid out. Despite its central location near the entertainment district, the studio is free from noise pollution.



Guest Access:

We use a self check-in system with a key lock box. You will receive the exact check-in instructions and the code one day before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The city of Schagen has 20,000 inhabitants. Schagen has a clear center around the Grote Kerk. There are relatively many cafes, restaurants, etc. here. Studio Loet is 100 meters away from this church. Schagen is surrounded by bulb fields, beautiful cycling spots, beautiful beaches (Callantsoog, Petten, Sint Maarten, etc.) and itself has an old center through which various city walks are organized. Schagen also has a bowling alley, a large cinema, a recreation center (karting, laser tag, Jumpcity, etc.), a market every Thursday, several small museums (Vreeburg with carriages, a car museum, etc.) and a renovated indoor shopping center. Schagen organizes many events throughout the year. Highlights include a 3-day festival in August (Pop Weekend), the start of spring (Paasvee), the West Frisian market with costumes, parade, etc. in July and August, music in the Music Garden every Sunday afternoon in the summer (located opposite Studio Loet).



Getting Around:

Free parking in front of the door. If there is no space, you can park on the other side of the N245 and reach Loet 29 via a tunnel in 3 minutes.

Schagen train station is 750 meters away. Schiphol (60 km) can be reached by train without transferring.
