You can access the second floor of the apartment complex via the lift or stairs located at the car park entrance. The bright and spacious living room features a large corner sofa positioned near the TV, which offers a wide selection of channels and Chromecast. The room is tastefully furnished and decorated with wallpaper showcasing iconic local landmarks, such as the Eastern Scheldt Barrier, the Zeeland Bridge, and the “The Drowned Villages in Colijnsplaat” monument. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and an island layout, offering plenty of cabinet storage. A small bar area with seating for two complements the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including an induction stove, electric grill, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine. The round dining table, surrounded by comfortable chairs, seats four.

Accessible from the living room, the spacious 28 m² terrace provides panoramic views of the Eastern Scheldt. Whether relaxing in the lounge area or dining at the table, you can fully enjoy the extraordinary view. The apartment, all on one level, features two bedrooms, each offering unobstructed views. Staying here feels like being aboard a cruise ship. The first bedroom contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm), reading lamps, a wardrobe, and a television. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a chair, a reading lamp, and a wardrobe. The generously sized bathroom includes a shower, a sink with upper and lower cupboards, a storage cabinet with a mirror, and a hairdryer. The toilet is located in a separate room. Adjacent to the living room, the storage room houses a washing machine and dryer. For families with young children, a folding cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair are provided. Up to two pets are welcome in the apartment. The property includes a designated parking space, with additional parking available in the large car park. The car park also accommodates boat trailers, and there's a charging station for electric vehicles. Bicycles can be securely stored and charged in the locked storage room on the lower floor.
