Klekar-Gin-maatila sijaitsee viljelysmaan 112 rullaa. Takapihalla vain asetetaan tämä maalaistalo pois kaikista muista. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja poreallas tarjoavat vieraille runsaasti rentoutumista päivän jälkeen tilalla. Uimabaari antaa asiakkaille mahdollisuuden kurkistaa, mitä ruoanlaitto on upotetussa gourmet-ulkokeittiössä, jossa on propaani, griddle ja jääkaappi. Voit myös katsella nautittavaksi myös muita baareja ja ulkotelevisiota. Valtavat tammipuut tarjoavat runsaasti varjostettua takapihaa.

Talossa voi majoittua mukavasti jopa 12 henkeä. Master-kylpyammeessa on poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Mestarissa on myös 2 suurta vaatehuoneita. Uudistetussa keittiössä on baari-istuimet ja avautuu suuri olohuone. Kodikas jopa tuleen olohuoneessa. 2 vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja täysi / kahden hengen kerrossänky. Vierashuoneiden välissä sijaitsevassa kylpyammeessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja liinavaatekaappi. Kerrossängyssä on 3 yksilöllisesti rakennettu kerrossänkyä, jotka voivat mukavasti nukkua 6. On myös 1/2 kylpyamme ja pesuhuone pesukoneella / kuivausrummulla. Olohuoneessa on 2 sohvaa ja vielä 2 kerrossänkyä, joita voitaisiin käyttää ylimääräisinä makuutiloina.

On 15 hehtaarin yksityinen järvi, joka on täynnä bassoa, monniä ja punasimpukkaa. Ominaisuuden ympärillä on myös 2 pienempää varastointia. Vieraat ovat tervetulleita tuomaan omat kalastuspylväät. Nauti katsomasta hirviä ja villieläimiä samalla kun rentoutut uima-altaassa tai porealtaassa.
Tämä loma-asunto tarjoaa asiakkaille sellaisia palveluja kuten pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

This Place was meant for Relaxation!

This place met ALL expectations! You can't find a better place to get away from every day hustle and bustle! The family really enjoyed being outdoors in the pool, grilling and also catching fish as well as watching the deer and other critters. The house is well kept and stocked with all that's needed for an enjoyable stay!

Sunset Farms

What a great place for some quality family time. It was my wife's birthday and our two kids and two grandkids joined us for a weekend of fun at the farm. We had such a good time! The place was as advertised! Beautiful and loaded with lots of fun things to do. We fished, we hiked and we used the hot tub (the weather was not conducive to using the swimming pool, chilly with a gusting north breeze). The kitchen was great and the bedrooms were great! My 7 year-old granddaughter loved the bunk room! Everyone caught fish and enjoyed the views over the lake at sunset! What a great place! I highly recommend it!!

The property was amazing! The trees are well over a hundred years old and so majestic! The house was beautiful and clean. Our group from church came out for our annual women's retreat to visit the Painted Churches and see the bluebonnets. It was not a disappointment. The only concern we had was we ran out of paper goods after the first day, toilet paper and paper towels. So we had to make a trip to the store. If it is not supplied, we would have brought our own. Other than that, a great experience. Thanks, Kim

Great place!

This place was amazing. The house was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Pool/hot tub were wonderful. The fishing was fantastic. The bunk room was great for the kids. The bluebonnets were everywhere!!! We all had a great time!!

Great House and Surrounding Property

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Although it was too cold to use the pool we were able to take advantage of the hot tub on the cold nights in December. The lake and surrounding property was amazing.

Awesome place to stay!

Everything about this vacation was awesome. Check-in was simple, & communication with the owner was extremely quick. The house was very clean & looked great. There is a lot of room to do pretty much anything you want. The view at the lake at sunset was beautiful & relaxing. The grill & pool is where our group hung out the most and that was a good time. The Bluetooth speaker on the patio was a little difficult to figure out how to turn on, but we ended up figuring it out & that was great to use. Overall, this trip & house was one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend a vacation or just a weekend getaway here with some friends, you wouldn’t regret it!

Great house for a getaway. Awesome pool and outdoor grill area where we spent most of our time. There is a Great Lake for fishing which we loved. Would highly recommend. Very attentive owner with fast response times with any questions.

Amazing getaway!

We had a BLAST! Wish we would’ve booked a longer stay. The kids played in the pool all weekend. Fishing was a blast. Property managers were awesome and prompt with any questions I had. We will definitely be returning!

Great Pool!

Our family enjoyed the property especially the game room and pool. Great place for cousins to hang out in the summer. I would have given all 5 starts for all categories, but the kitchen might need some attention.

Beautiful Hill County get-away

10 adults and 2 kids (11 and 12). Property is beautiful with gorgeous old oaks dotted around providing lots of shade. Pool is excellent. Bunk room is perfect for kids and teens to have a place to themselves. Property managers are excellent and were very responsive to a couple issues that came up (nothing that took away from a great experience overall). Even managed to hook some bass in the pond! Recommended highly.

Wedding Day Dream Come True

My now husband and I rented this property to have a small ceremony and reception for our wedding. It could not have been a more perfect place. The property is absolutely beautiful and the house was more than we expected. The fish were plentiful and biting which made the groom and father of the bride very happy. We can not wait to stay again.
