Property is nice. Bistro and dining is great along with staff. However, evening front office staff and house keeping need better training on how to deal with customer issues, especially if the room assigned at check in is dirty and smelly. An apology would have been appreciated amongst other things.

After a long drive, we arrived tired and hungry. We received a friendly greeting from Charlie at the front desk and were happy to discover the Wildflower Bistro on site. Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast the next morning was better than average. Only disappointment was that the pool didn’t open until 9 am - no time for a swim before heading back out on the road.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable and a good size. There was some wallpaper peeling in one corner of the room but otherwise all else was good. The front desk staff could be a little more friendly. Disappointed I was required to pay for breakfast for my son.

Staff was nice and helpful! The bed was supper uncomfortable and hard not good for sleeping on. They put at $75 hold charge on my card I wasn’t aware of them doing until we got there so that was a little weird and there was a lady bug in the room. Overall the staff was very nice and these things are out of their control!
