This was our second stay still enjoyable only complaint i woild have this time is not as clean as ot was pur first stay. As someone qith hotel back ground the porters missed key areas like elevators. And i felt housekeeping was slaking this time trew. However it was still a pleast place

The staff was unfriendly. Walking into the room there was peeling wallpaper, water stains on the lamp, painters tape still on appliances from prior painting and a hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler should have been. The elevator has not been inspected since 2022, the water for the shower took minimum 10 minutes to heat up every time, the heat in the room took double the time of the shower. Poor lighting in the parking lot and the pool was not clean. You get less than what you pay for I guess.

Pet friendly doesn't include cats

We needed a place to stay for just a night while moving our daughter. The amenties list for this hotel said it was pet friendly. When we tried to check-in we were told there was an exception for cats. Sonwe couldn't stay at all. Needs to be made clearer on their information
