Unit 3 Block 1 Lot 2. Located in the meadow approximately 100 yards off of the oceanfront with unobstructed ocean views. It is situated within close walking proximity to Pebble Beach, Black Point Beach and the Moonraker Rec Center. The house has a landscaped courtyard with decking and sitting area, including a hot tub featuring a sliding barn door to view the meadow and ocean from the hot tub.

Designed by Steve Brodie, Architect. Galleon's Reach is a contemporary design with a calm neutral color scheme. The reversed floor plan has the main living space on upper level to maximize ocean views. The upper-level deck wraps around the side of house with views of hedgerow and ocean, complete with BBQ and exterior dining furnishings. One guest bedroom with queen bed and window seat and full bath is on upper level.
The lower-level primary bedroom has a King and window seat, double sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. The other lower-level bedroom also with a Queen and window seat and full bath. The window seats can be used for additional sleeping.

Central heat with a real wood burning fireplace in the living room. Approximately 2300 sq ft. Spacious, open and light filled environment. Beds made with linens and towels are included in the price of this house. Free wireless internet. One dog only is welcome. Garage available to renters.
