Deux Soeurs (Two Sisters) by Sandpiper | Near Beach
Enjoy this simple, quiet beach villa near Bohicket Marina, Kiawah, Freshfields Village, and the Seabrook Island Lakehouse, overlooking Seabrook Island's Racquet Club. Even downtown historic Charleston is a short, scenic 20-mile drive. With access to the private island beaches, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, and the villa complex pool (open seasonally), there is so much to do and enjoy.
A private, spacious deck overlooks the courts. A sunroom with a futon is a great spot to relax on island time. The sunroom leads to an open space with a spacious living room area with ample seating and a TV, a dining area that comfortably seats six, and a kitchen stocked for your cooking and serving needs. A washer and dryer are conveniently located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.
The master bedroom suite features a soft king bed with a dresser, closet, nightstands, and an en-suite bath. Plantation shutters make sleeping in ideal.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Plantation shutters offer privacy and block out the daylight when needed.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also ample lot parking.
If you love simple, this comfy, relaxed beach villa awaits you. A short walk to two pools and a bike ride away from the beach or the marina, this ideal location is close to the island exit while remaining near the beach and island trails.
• BEACH: 2.7 miles away (about an 8-minute drive). Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional. Digital Amenity Cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family, offering access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to both the seasonal villa complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the purchase of an amenity card.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. There is parking available in the carport and the common lot. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family. Even without club amenity cards, guests always enjoy complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, and the volleyball and basketball courts.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
