2256 Rolling Dunes is a spacious pet-friendly home nestled in Seabrook Island’s North Beach neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and a scenic bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Boasting a screened porch with island views, a deck and BBQ grill for outdoor living, modern interiors with high-end furnishings, this popular home offers all the comforts of home and luxurious amenities for an unforgettable vacation!
The living area is bright and open, featuring a vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows with picturesque island views, and access to a private outdoor deck through the sliding glass doors. The flat screen TV features a soundbar and subwoofer, perfect for movie nights with the family or dancing along to music.
The kitchen features custom coastal cabinetry and black granite counter tops with an eat-in dining table for four, as well as a formal dining area off the living room to seat six. A full-size washer and dryer set is located on the lower level for your convenience.
This Seabrook Island beach home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests throughout 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a large suite on the upper level with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and full private bath with a spacious double vanity. The remaining three guest bedrooms are all located on the lower level. The first guest bedroom features a King size bed and full private bath. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the third guest bedroom which has two Twin beds and access to the screened porch.
