2873 Hidden Oak
There's plenty of room for everyone in this spacious 4BR/4BA home that sleeps 10! Perfectly situated on a picturesque golf course lot with an expansive back deck and upper and lower screened porches - only a mile from the beach! Unpack your bags and start living on island time! Enjoy relaxing on the porch or grab a bike and ride the short distance to Pelican Beach and watch the dolphins play in the surf.
As you enter the foyer of this 3163 square foot home you will immediately feel at home. A large dining room to the left seats 6. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with additional table seating for 4-6 and 2 counter barstools. You can take your coffee right outside from the kitchen and enjoy the start of the day on the back deck.
The great room is open and bright with sliding doors to the deck and access to the sun room. There is a very large, comfy sectional sofa just right for sinking into while you watch your favorite shows or read a good book. The first floor master bedroom features a 2 sided fireplace from the great room and sliding doors to the sun room. A King size bed and 55" HDTV, and en suite bath complete all the creature comforts.
Upstairs are 3 over sized guest rooms with en suite baths where everyone will have plenty of room to relax! The 2nd bedroom over the garage is quite large with a queen sized bed, pull out sofa bed and en suite bath. The 3rd bedroom, with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom on the back of the house with 2 twins and trundles, share a Jack and Jill en suite bath. These rooms also have sliding glass doors leading to a wonderful upper screened porch that is a fun and unique way to expand your outdoor living space.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities .

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
