I wanted an oceanfront facility in Seaside, and the Ebb-Tide is as close as it gets in this town. It’s a long but great walk to get from any facility to the waves. That’s just the nature of Seaside Beach. It also was only a short walk to get to the streets where most restaurants are located. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, the Prom (the main route to get to beach access) was just outside my room. I got a junior suite, which was perfect for my needs. Oh, and there are big trays of cookies set out at 6 p.m., which is a nice touch.

Location is excellent, right on the beach and near downtown restaurants and activities. Unfortunately our room had an ant infestation and one of the sinks was blocked. They fixed the sink immediately though. Ants are a more difficult problem to resolve.

Nice location, friendly staff, ok breakfast

Very friendly & helpful staff. The property was located a short walk from the main street in town. The beach was right out the door and we did a fire and smores on the beach one night, which was a highlight. The breakfast was ok but eggs appeared to be powder eggs and it was tough to find a seat in the breakfast room so we ended up eating on a beach bench most mornings.

Let's be blunt

Staff very nice, easy check in, dated room with signs of pardon the mess they are updating although no signs of any updating. Rusted door stops and dinged walls are a easy fix. The tub needed to be re grouted. Our oceanfront room had bird poo all over the screen and window kinda nasty and took away from the view we paid extra for. Beds were stiff and firm, overall clean but our room had a horrible smell of must, stale closet mixed with stinky feet. Nice pool & nice breakfast. They had several nice pet potty areas with well kept grass and poo disposal stations. Overall it was a nice stay, I would say it was overpriced for the condition of our room. Would I stay again.. maybe if it was updated, the window was clean and the price reflected the experience. Great location!

Loved the location and staff was great. The room we had was clean but very worn and in need to updating. Toliet leaks 24 hours a day, bathroom door was sticky to open/close and shower needs new caulking
