Services were great! Breakfast was very yummy and had lots of options. Love the animal gift basket too! Downside was room had some not cleaned areas. Example is bedsheets had spots and bathroom floor just looked not swept. Overall good stay and service.

The place was pretty great for such an old property. However, our room temperature was not good and our gas fireplace was not working properly, so these 2 things made the stay not as good. The staff brought in a space heater, which really helped the 2nd day, so that made our stay much better. The staff really made the place overall great.

I fell twice off the bottom step of the stairs coming down from our room. The bottom step is covered by a shadow at night and you can't see it. My girlfriend was behind me when I fell the second time. My hip, back and shoulder are hurting!!

Went down for two nights for our anniversary. Location was great and close to most places we wanted to go. Liked the access to the beach and the partial view and the fireplace in the room was nice. Room was pretty quiet on our floor and clean. We ate breakfast there just on Saturday morning and it was decent enough. Coffee they use and serve at the breakfast, the lobby and our room could have been a lot better, but we are coffee snobs. Was not the worst I have had. I would recommend the Ebb Tide to others.

The room was nice and clean. It's evident that there have been some improvements to an old motel. The breakfast was great, the view was great, and the staff was awesome!

Had all the amenities we were looking for: beach view, separate bedroom, pool, breakfast, small kitchen! The rooms were clean, but just seemed a little sad and worn. We had a broken mirror, a fire without glass, and a screen in the window falling out. Two box fans was wonderful! But one of the fans was broken and would not turn on. The fridge was turned off and the bathroom while clean, does seem ready for a remodel. The pool was so very cold that we could not stay but a few minutes… however the hot tub was lovely and made up for it.Despite these small things, this hotel worked wonderfully for our family with small children and we would stay again.
