Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed with flat screen TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets.
