Just a short stroll to the beach, shops and pubs, this stylish three-bedroom retreat offers an enclosed courtyard garden and delightful period features throughout, the perfect base for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Step inside to discover warm and welcoming interiors, where traditional character blends seamlessly with modern comfort. The well-equipped kitchen features an original ceramic sink, large fridge-freezer and everything needed for family meals, which can be enjoyed inside or out in the courtyard garden. There is also a utility room housing a washer/dryer.

The separate dining room offers space to relax or dine, while the cosy sitting room, complete with a decorative Victorian fireplace, comfortable sofas, and large television, invites you to pop your feet up and unwind. A cloakroom and WC complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide restful spaces for guests. Bedroom one and two feature king-size beds, while bedroom three houses twin single beds. A family bathroom with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC complete the space.

Outside, the secure courtyard garden is ideal for alfresco dining with outdoor furniture and direct access from the Kitchen. Withycombe is perfectly positioned to explore Beer's galleries, cafes and beach, or take a scenic walk to Branscombe and enjoy the breathtaking Jurassic Coast.
