My husband and I decided to book a hotel with jacuzzi tub. Everything was fine for a local one night. The hotel has you use a credit card for a $100 refundable hold. The next day was credited the $100. Later that day the charge was applied again. I called to find out why…..they said we had taken a robe and we were being charged for it. They stated first it was one robe that was missing. Then it was both robes and that room service had counted twice. I lost it. I told them that I had piled the towels and robes we had used on the end of tub. I now have to wait for another 5 plus days for them to figure out if they miscounted. Pretty sure they counted nothing when they cleaned our room. They most likely thought they were all towels in the pile I left. I just want my $100 back.

It was quiet. Decent food options. I liked day 1 more than day 2 because there was fresh fruit outside of the standard apples/bananas/oranges. The parking is a bit wonky, but the rooms were nice. I like that the bathtub was deeper than our tub at home as well. It wasn't too far of a drive to the venue we needed to be at.

The hotel is very nice, but when we got to our room unpacking my daughter went to get ice & when she came back she realized the door did not lock. We tried several things to see if the door would lock so it would not be accessible from the hallway and it could not be. We packed our stuff up and went down to the lobby to explain to them what was going on. They gave us another room but the hotel was pretty full so we weren’t able to get another room with two queen beds. We had to get a king with a pullout which we adjusted to. We got unpacked & started settling down for the night. I went to turn the TV on & the remote would not work so I called down to front desk & they told me they could not help they couldnt leave front desk. I was irritated about that so he eventually came up to the room with two extra remotes which none of them would work so he told me I would just have to wait until morning. The maintenance guy ended up not coming until Sunday with a working remote so we were not able to watch TV in the room all weekend and I had two children with me. Then the next morning I went to take a bath & noticed several pubic hairs in the bathtub which I took pictures of. I would think cleaning the tub would be part of the cleaning duty’s prior to new guests. I proceeded to fill the tub…..there was no hot water. I called the front desk & they said several people had already complained & maintenance would look into it. Everything combine was very frustrating for our stay

Great stay

Stayed for a valentines get away with my husband, and our stay was great. Rooms were clean, service was friendly, and the continental breakfast was a really good quality for free breakfast.
