I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but the whole atmosphere in my room was amazing. I felt just like home and I had one of the best restful sleeps I've had in a hotel in a long time. Would definately stay again!!

Good location…noisy room

The hotel is in a perfect location for seeing the sites in Seattle and not having to drive anywhere. Israel and the other front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions and giving us helpful tips on what to see and where to go. The room was clean, however it did have a funny smell when we first arrived which seemed to get better once the air was turned on. There was quite a bit of street noise and alley noise (5am garbage pickup) however the hotel did provide ear plugs to try and help. These are my reasons for only giving it 4 stars.

I don’t expect much from a hotel in the downtown of a major American city, however, the beds are horrible, the bathrooms are tiny, and the water pressure is barely above a dribble. This would have been fine had I not paid $383 for a 1 night stay.

Executive earned a loyal customer

The executive fit our every need. We wanted a spot in the city close by bars and attractions. This place was within walking distance of so many things. My favorite part of our stay was the option for late checkout. Not many hotels offer it, and they offer it at a price of 20 an hour. It saved our butts because our flight wasnt until 11 pm. Checking out late allowed us to enjoy our night in the city without worrying about waking up and checking out so early. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was amazing, room was clean, i didn't feel scared to get under the blankets.

Tiny rooms - with a ridiculously small bathroom with no towel racks and a barely working shower - suitable for a single traveler. Two travelers is a bit too crowded, three travelers, well, good luck! The small coffee shop in the hotel serves a very good latte, otherwise I recommend giving the coffee shop and the restaurant a pass especially as there are dozens of good coffee shops and restaurants within a five or ten minute walk of the hotel.

I’ll probably never stay here again. There’s practically no concierge, you can’t control the AC, the cabinets in the bathroom were falling apart, the shower was falling apart, the tv didn’t work, no one answered when you dialed 0.

Hotel is dated but bed and linens very good. My nightstand had some residue from what looked like a sticker that was pulled off. Desk leg was delaminated. Saw some tiny ants crawling around on the desk top. The toilet area was ridiculously cramped due to the vanity leg obstructing full access; my 45”hips were pinned in uncomfortably. I inquired about switching to a room with a more comfortable toilet area but was told nothing else was available. I have a feeling that the reason had something to do with my Expedia booking - perhaps the hotel offers their least desirable rooms for Expedia clients?

The staff was really quite nice. The building itself is showing some wear and tear, but it was clean and tidy. Great location and great bang for the buck. I don’t spend a lot of time in a room, so all I want is a really clean bathroom and bed. They accomplished both. Well done.

it is very easy to walk to the stadiums. What I didn't like is no maid service. Your towels pile up and the garbage doesn't get emptied

The gentleman who oversaw the check-in was rude and seemed to be looking for any fight. He suggested parking the rental elsewhere because “accidents might happen with valet, you never know.” The rudeness of that guy aside, the place was what you’d expect for the price. Very small, but it was mostly clean. Obviously I’ll never stay there again. That guy at the front desk? He needs to find different employment.
