I liked the hotel over all. I didn’t have any problems with the hotel staff at all. The workout area is pretty bad for the equipment. The two treadmills that are in there are broken and the dumbbells that are in there are pretty sad. The room that it is in is very small so I can understand not doing much else with it. The restaurants that are also located at the hotel were really good so that was a big plus. Not too far from Pikes Market and some other shopping.

Stayed for one night and was definitely abit let down with the conditions of the room. Understandably we didn’t expect brand new conditions as it is an old building but I definitely think more care could have been put into the rooms aesthetics, such as ; the paint on the wall, the bathroom seals , the bedding was ripped in a few spots. Just small things but it’s enough to make an impact on our experience and expectations. One Staff at check in was abit abrasive and didn’t seem to care much about how he came off while the other staff at check in was great. Definitely appreciated the early check in option. Over all it was a decent overnight stay and good price but if staying longer I’d have to possibly look elsewhere.

Enjoyed my stay. Clean and quiet room within walking distance to waterfront and downtown. Great deli open late across the road. Enjoyed breakfast as well. Note that you will need to manually lift your bags down about 8 steps to get to the lift and again in the reverse when you leave.

Not as described. Pictures had to be fabricated online. Small, dated. Exposed wires outside of light fixture. Staff reeked of cigarettes. When we asked to speak to a manager the staff told us they did not have one. TV didnt work properly. Stained towels. We left the hotel after the first night and stayed somewhere else. I want someone from expedia to contact me. Horrible place to stay.

Pretty dingy hotel. Loose light fixtures, towel racks, etc. Several spots where the wall was patched and the paint didnt match. Bathroom door wasn't attached at the bottom and can swing wildly from the top when trying to close. A jagged hole in the bathroom tile. The excercise room had 4 exercise machines and two of them were broken for my entire stay. None of these issues alone is a huge deal, but it all combined to make it feel like the upkeep on the building is sub-par. It felt like the hotel shouldn't be allowed to have the word "executive" in the name, if that makes sense. I mean it's a place to sleep and it does the job, but the hotel isn't nearly as nice as they try to present as. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was a great deal.

I travelled from Melbourne to Seattle and after the Seattle airport I was very tired and Grumpy.The young woman at reception was very good and kind and got me to my room with a big green tree in window frame.Ah that nice and a safe for pass port and good coffee

The hotel was definitely a bit outdated with very small rooms and even smaller restrooms with zero counter space. The staff were amazing, however, you could clearly tell they were short staffed. Management needs to do better by supporting their staff and ensuring there is sufficient staff. The front desk guy was busy helping check in people, helping with luggage storage and being a valet. That is extremely unfair for one person to do.
