Our room was very tiny, reminiscent of a small cruise ship room. The minuscule “closet” was about 8 inches wide, and could only hang 4 hangers! The bathroom sink drain extremely slowly, the safe did not work, There is no plug for the bathtub, and we were very thankful for the earplugs because it is on a very busy noisy downtown Seattle street. The parking is expensive and they do valet parking, which I do not like whatsoever. They charge a lot more money if you want to park your own car! I would not stay there again, we pretty much just stayed there for location and price. If you do stay here, we highly recommend you have dinner across the street in the restaurant of Monaco Kimpton hotel. They have a wonderful atmosphere, very reasonable prices and delicious food.

There was no hot water for our room, the tv didn’t really work, rooms are small, and we almost had to double pay for parking. After running the water for 10 minutes to take a shower it finally made it from painfully cold to Luke warm. Our friends in a different room had the opposite problem and they couldn’t get their water to not feel boiling hot. Our TV was continuously cutting out and the picture looking like we were back in the 90s with antennas. Then of the list of channels they claimed you get we only got 4. We prepaid for parking online and called when almost there to ask where to park. We were told they don’t have guest self park and only paid valet which we could get when we got there. Luckily the nice lady at the counter double checked for us and found we did in fact prepay for parking so we didn’t get double charged. We tried to get the hotel to fix the tv and water issue, but after maintenance came to look at it they said they can’t do anything about it because that’s just how their water and tv works. They said they would follow up about getting us a different room and we didn’t receive any follow up.

The property itself was fine - it has all of the amenities you'd expect at an in person city hotel. The issue was the fact that I was charged for the one night I was staying 24 hrs before arriving (which is fine) but was then charged for a second night upon arrival, and *then* was somehow, someway, charged not once for the $100 refundable deposit but THREE TIMES in rapid succession. Within 10 minutes of arrival I was charged almost $700 more than necessary & am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Property 5/5, credit card machine -100/5

The property was old and dirty. One Elevator didn't work the second was very slow. The window in the room was not shutting down and there was a drift. You could here noise from the streets outside and hallways. Room and bathroom was not properly insulated and there was no fan in the bathroom

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was nice but the treadmills did not work and no signage so you found out the hard way and the maintenance guy was aware, he was very nice. Fuse blew while using the gym, lights went out and water fountain only half the lights though. Fridge froze over and water was everywhere. Couldn’t sit on the toilet correctly, sink was in the way had to sit very forward. False advertising, room was not as pictured online, very old, very small, no table, couch very small and not comfy.
