Nice place. Good service. Only issue was an angry man that yelled at me when I tried to get information prior to staying there. I almost cancelled the reservation since he was so nasty on the phone. Great location in downtown.

amenities like lounge were nice but wish there was more than one microwave in the building. room was always very humid & hot. bathtub felt very cheap and wobbly when standing in it. half the staff was rude and/or passive aggressive, other half was decent but not very helpful. parking situation was atrocious & we were told there wasnt cheaper but we found MUCH cheaper & nicer parking garages.
