First, the staff were great - didnt interact too much but were there when we needed. However, the room itself felt a little more worn than was advertised. Bathroom door did not close without engaging the dead bolt lock, bathtub was cracked around the drain and was leeching water under the tub base. The complimentary toiletries were empty (no body wash). Location made up for the state of the room but I feel the price was a bit steep for what was being offered.

Small room, terrible shower, but good location

I’m not usually one to complain about anything but the shower was atrocious. Zero water pressure and took over five minutes to get hot. Other than that, the place was not bad. The rooms are very small.

My biggest issue with this facility was that the rooms were dirty, as if they only thing they do is vacuum the floor and change the bed linen. There was caked up dirt everywhere.

The hotel is nice enough and has friendly staff. Shout-out to Isreal for being not only professional but genuinely friendly. The only reasons why I am giving this a 3 stars review instead of more are 1) the windows aren't great. They are old, beat up, and so nothing to shield you from the downtown noises. Unfortunately, no amount of earplugs is going to fix this. New windowd would. 2) The room didn't feel very clean and there was a longering smell of smoke. Not too too bad but it was there. Also, whatever work they did in the bathroom was poor quality. The sink wasn't fixed/installed properly and the caulking work was terrible. Overall this was a decent stay. Could have been better.

Tiny king room approximately 10 ft x 8 ft . Tiny window that was frosted so you could not see out. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Very disappointing for the price

Good location and good place for the money when the trip is not not booked on time! The room is a good size, but the bathroom was tiny. The toilet seat was falling because it was super close to the toilet handle.

Lopsided bed

Bed was v soft n lopsided. The room not made up despite staying 4 nites. If you wabted room to be made up, you have to pay usd40 extra each time.

Wet dirty….black hair in the shower and black hair on the towels. Someone’s tooth paste on the floor, dirty on carpet. Showering is a joke…no pressure and takes forever to get warm water! It did have a great location
