The suite has two couches in the living room and one of them had a back pillow completely ripped out of the cover. Very strange that they just left it like that to look terrible. Bathroom sink was slow but they did send someone who fixed it. Otherwise the room appeared clean, nice size suites.

Hotel was very nice. The room was very nice. The employees were very nice service was very quick and down point. The only negative was the showerhead in the bathroom, which was supposed to be adjustable and was not. Therefore the water floated out at the fastest and highest pressure. Otherwise everything great.

The pool hours from 10pm-6am was really nice. But The hot tub was not very warm and looked like it needed cleaned which was very disappointing, the jets were not very good either. We also had a accessible room and the sliding door to go into the bedroom was very very hard to open and close

The staff was very friendly. However, the microwave didn't work - it smoked a lot when we tried to use it. We requested a replacement and were told there wasn't one, and advised we shouldn't use the one we had due to safety concerns. The refrigerator constantly leaked water requiring us to continually soak up water from the refrigerator shelves, which left us without towels to use for other purposes. We stayed for two nights and brought food with us to prepare in the kitchen. This was a primary reason we booked this room, so the defective appliances were an issue for us. The room was spacious and the breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles.

review or complaint: The room was overall clean, but the bathtub was not user-friendly. The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean. However, the bathtub plug was broken and sharp, which was a safety concern. Additionally, one of the closet doors came off the railing and hit me on the head.

Room was upgraded thankfully after being placed on the ground floor right beside the elevator. We have been to this location many times in many years and found the hotel run down. Beds were old and not as comfy as before, carpets in hallways very stained.
