For the price you can't beat it. I will say there were a couple odd things like you could hear the people walking around upstairs, but the staff was very friendly, I could walk to get dinner, and the shuttle made it perfect to get to the airport.

The parking at the hotel was full when we got there but the staff member at the desk moved her car to another spot so we could have a space. It was very appreciated.

For the money, this place was amazing. I stayed in a King room great for single travelers or couples - it wasn't advertised as a suite, but the room was very large and had a separated seating area with a not-tiny couch and decent chair, as well as good sized little fridge and microwave under the TV. There was a hot breakfast bar with waffles, and the staff were all very kind and helpful to me - as well as superfast getting me checked in which was great. It's not big and fancy (a little run down but FINE) but it had really relevant and helpful services (a computer with a printer that just, like, *works*), a little laundry room so you can do a load of laundry if you need to, and the breakfast room is open to a larger meeting room that you could use whenever, and they even had a little selection of board games, I think. I will def stay here again the next time I've got a short trip in Seattle. :)

Nice room and friendly helpful staff. Only thing that didn’t work out well was the shuttle pick up at the airport, when I called all I got was a recording and had to leave a message. After 30 minute wait I called again this time I got the front desk and they said they did not get the message and that the shuttle was not marked. Just had a 32 on it. Well, we saw it go by twice and of course did not know that was our shuttle lesson.

The eggs were watery. The remote did not work. We couldn’t watch tv. The a/c was on in winter. It was cold. The amenities on the Expedia site are wrong. This hotel does not have a pool.

The room was comfortable although it definitely needed to be updated. It might have been one of the rooms that It had a handheld shower which my husband really wanted. That was not the case. Even though the heater had been updated with with the adjusters on the walls, it really didn't work that great. Oftentimes with blow cold air rather than warm or it would be far too hot. We did not make use of the breakfast. So I can't judge there. The staff were all very sweet and one of the gals who worked one of the nights I wasn't feeling well went out of her way to bring me some water because my husband was at work and couldn't get it for me. I found that to be incredibly kind. have not yet been done. Pictures showed that it had a handheld shower

We brought a wine bottle and we can find the opener we call the reception she said they don’t have so we can’t drink as we don’t have the opener, no cups of wine even if we open it , noisy you can hear everything outside You take 100 dollars deposit for what as long as the room is empty from amenities zero service and I will not recommend and never come back
