The property has some particularly spacious principal rooms all leading off onto a raised terrace or balcony providing panoramic and diverse sea views including across nearby Seagrove and Priory Bays.

The house is in a prime waterfront location and in addition to parking for a number of cars there is a garage and gardens to both the front and the rear with a gated access in the seawall leading onto the beach.
