It was a very nice Studio condo with kitchenette and a large closet. There was also a safe in the closet for valuables. Wish I could have a room like this everywhere I stayed.

Good location. A little off the beaten path but comfortable and quiet. A short drive to all hiking trails. Walking distance to restaurants. The facility can use a little update but it has just been purchased by Hilton corp. so it’s coming. I suggest visiting before the Hilton prices come. Hot tub was a welcomed amenity after a long day of hiking although one day it needed a good cleaning and it was full of bubbles like a kid’s bubble bath. Don’t take a room near the gym unless you want to be woken up at 6am by the noise of the treadmill. All in all, well worth the price. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, facet in bathroom tub dripped and couldn’t turn it all the way off so was annoyed by this during the night. Check in was not a very friendly staff person but check out was good

This hotel needs to do one of two things: 1. Upgrade the pictures to accurately reflect the tired actual condition of the suites. Or 2. Actually upgrade furniture and rooms The furniture is stained, old, scratched and ready to be hauled out. The drapes are faded and dirty. All around, not a good experience in an otherwise stellar time in Sedona area. Advice….seek out another place, folks!

This property is a bit dated but very spacious and you can't beat the price in the Sedona area. I would definately rebook here if in the area. Enjoyed some quiet time at the outdoor pool as well. Room clean. Bed comfortable.

Good and comfortable

Would have liked to know that it was two floors and no oven. Very comfortable and roomy. Only one of the two pools was working. Close to everything.
