Welcome to our five bedroom, 3148 sq ft, home located in Sedona near Red Rock State Park. The home is tucked away in a rural neighborhood where you can enjoy serene views of Cathedral Rock. The property features two private decks, perfect for enjoying stunning views of Cathedral Rock.

The home comfortably sleeps 14 guests with two separate full kitchens and living areas. The entire home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath.

-Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with views and adjacent large full bathroom and walk-in closet
-Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each have a queen sized bed and shared full bathroom
-Rec Room/Bedroom 5: Two bunks beds, each with a full sized lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin sized trundle. Large couch, Smart TV, foosball table, and full bathroom. Access to the rec room is through bedroom #2 or a private exterior entry.

The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail from the house.

This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private ~1 acre property located at the end of a dirt road.

Our stay with a large family group was comfortable for everyone. House has incredible views of Cathedral Rock. The view from the two patios are stunning, as are the views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and at least one bedroom window. The house layout is a bit unusual with access to one bedroom through another bedroom, but we had plenty of space for people to spread out for some quiet time or be in the middle of the action. We cooked several meals in the kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, cups and mugs, drip coffee maker and tea kettle. The house was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive when we had a question upon check in. As I'm sure this is a popular rental house, some wear is evident in minor scratches, carpet stains and mismatched light switches. We would stay at this house again.

Breathtaking views. Amazing house.

Our family of 13 had an amazing stay. The owners are so attentive and responded immediately when we had any questions or needed help with things. There were a few very minor things that came up, and they were dealt with immediately. I’ve never had a more attentive owner. The house has everything you could possibly need. The views from the front bench and back deck are exactly why we came on vacation. This house and surrounding area will not disappoint. So much to see and do in the area. Book this house, you will not be disappointed!

Quiet Getaway

It was wonderful! House was clean with plenty of room for our 14 family members. Everyone from our 1 year old to our great grandmother had a great and relaxing get-together.
