Beautiful location, conveniently located near sacred historical monuments and parks, river access, and many food/entertainment/tour options. Unpleasant experience at Cliff Clastle Casino

Your survey asks questions aimed towards scores that lead a consumer to believe the hotel is a good choice. We stayed at Cliff Castle Casino in Arizona. Its not a luxory hotel. The hotel which is attached to the casino can not be accessed any other way but to go to through the casino. There wasn't any other entrance to just check in and parking is horrible. To check in you can use valet or park out in the parking lot. After check-in you are directed to park in the parking garage or on the side where the rooms are. There are few signs and directions as to where to go when entering the hotel. No obviously marked "entrance to hotel" No directions to the elevators?? There was one employee at a desk or podium area and they were not a great help. Rooms were average or less. It's clear they want you in the casino spending money because there isn't much comfort or extras to the room. I don't even think they have a pool? Our refrigerator was unplugged and once my husband plugged it in it didn't get cold enough for water. We won't stay there again. We live within an hour of the casino but wanted to get away for the night. it was our wedding anniversary.
