Unwind in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs condo overlooking the Sedona Red Rocks. This condo promises views, spacious entertaining and dining spaces both indoor and outdoor. Close to several hikes, views of the red rocks, and amazing restaurants.

Rules for this unit are as follows:
Pets are allowed. Maximum two dogs up to 35 lbs. each. There is a $65 fee per dog, per stay.
The unit is pet-friendly (dogs); however, we kindly ask that pets are kept off all furniture.
Smoking is not permitted.
The minimum age limit for this unit is 21.

The actual property was completely different from what is pictured online. We were sent to an "upgraded" property because the original one had a broken bed. Two of the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The only hair dryer was barely functional and I had to purchase another one. It was clean and adequate for the one night we were there.

Unit was very nice. Very comfortable for 2 people. I would recommend highly. Only minor suggestions... give an exact address. Needed to drive around about 5 minutes trying to match picture to unit. Check out the kitchen sink faucet. When you pull out the faucet from the holder for spraying, we found a leak in the hose. you may be getting water damage...

Great Location and convenient for how much we used it. Information provided and helpful information you can find easily, not as good as others we stayed in. Bare bones and stocked cheaply. If you aren’t eating in, but hiking and enjoying the beautiful area this is a good option.

Red rock retreat

Great check in communications. Ginny was a 10 for information and assistance. Great location for hiking (super trail head 50 yards from condo) both Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. Close to very good restaurants and markets. Kitchen had everything. Will come back as we love Sedona.

Excellent but a few issues

The property's location is as described and is very close to the trailhead! The back patio is absolutely perfect for storing bikes overnight. The property management was very easy to communicate with and was able to provide additional supplies as requested. Some annoyances include that none of the lights are switched, so the entire condo has lamps in each room that you must turn on for any lights. This does not provide sufficient light for the house. Additionally, there is very limited supplies for the kitchen, causing us to buy additional supplies for the condo like an oven mitt, salt and pepper, tupperware, coffee mugs, and cheap lids so we can cover the pots. Additionally, the fireplace is displayonly and cannot be activated even though it was advertised as working in the pictures.

Cozy and clean

Two couples celebrated Christmas here with our adult children and a couple of teenagers. The space was very cozy and provided space for gathering and for those who wanted to to have a little alone time for reading or to watch the Packers win! It was a good 5 days.
