The rooms are located on the 2nd floor and each room is equipped with two Queen beds, full bathroom and Each room has a private balcony overlooking uptown Sedona and the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. We look forward to hosting you as you relax on your private balcony with your favorite beverage.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax.
