Listing Notes
The guest suite is attached to the main home and separated by a sound dampening wall. There are no shared spaces.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors. There are no cameras inside the house or in the back of the house. The hot tub is located in the backyard gardens.

3. No pets: $1000 fine for breaking rule.
