Welcome to Trail Haven House, our charming 1700 sq. ft. Southwestern style home nestled in the heart of Sedona`s picturesque Chapel neighborhood. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Southwest with stunning red rock views and easy access to some of the area`s most renowned hiking trails including Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, & Courthouse. This inviting retreat provides a perfect blend of comfort and rustic elegance, making it an ideal base for exploring all that Sedona has to offer.

Skip the shuttle and hike/bike directly to Cathedral Rock Trailhead.
Our home is conveniently located in walking/biking distance to Little Horse Trailhead which connects to many miles of trails including Cathedral Rock, Templeton, Easy Breezy, Llama Trail, Bell Rock Pathway, and more!

We are not located onsite but are available remotely as needed. We are located within 15 minutes of the property if anything is needed during your stay.

Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Chapel neighborhood in central Sedona. This area is renowned for its breathtaking vistas, proximity to iconic landmarks, and a peaceful atmosphere that beckons travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. The neighborhood is home to the awe-inspiring Chapel of the Holy Cross, a modern architectural marvel that seems to emerge from the very rocks that surround it. Nature enthusiasts will be in their element here, as the area provides easy access to some of Sedona`s most acclaimed hiking trails. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.

Peaceful and relaxing

This house was great. It was clean, and included everything that was needed for the stay. The whole process and stay went very smoothly. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Clara was very responsive and checked in to see if everything was going well. The views from the front window were amazing, and the house is very close to everything that was needed and hiking trails. The back yard was also laid out very well. It was very peaceful and quiet and had great star gazing. I would stay here again on future trips to Sedona.

Perfect spot for a Sedona Weekend! We appreciated the location of this well-appointed home. We were able to walk to the Cathedral Rock Trail and the Little Horse Trail thus avoiding the crowds. A quiet neighborhood just south of downtown.

Mountain Biking Adventure to Sedona

The location was fantastic. We could ride from the house. Garage was totally set up for mountain bikes. We saw javalinas in the neighborhood. Host had plenty of recommendations of where to eat. It was more than we expected.

Great spot for hiking and biking

Very well appointed house in a great location! Spectacular views from the house. We were able to hike and bike directly from the property. Enjoyed being away from traffic and crowds. Cooked several meals in the lovely kitchen and were close enough to all the great restaurants and shopping that Sedona has to offer. Great star gazing from the hot tub.

A lovely home in a great location

Our stay was wonderful! The home was stocked full of everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The views were great. In the evening, we went on a walk in the neighborhood and saw the Holy Cross church lit up. The hot tub was a nice bonus and we saw many Cardinals and Spotted Towhee birds from the back patio which was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed grilling out and cooking in the kitchen. The home was very clean and we loved that it didn't smell like febreeze and strong scents because we are sensitive to strong smells. This was a perfect home for us and we would love to stay again. Clara was very nice and communicated quickly.

Beautiful view and great location

We had a great stay at Trail Haven House, enjoying the amazing view from the living room, close proximity to several great trails, and time in the hot tub after a day of hiking. The house is very comfortable and the host was very helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Family Vacation in Sedona

House was very comfortable and accommodating. It’s cute and has a good local feel to it. Views were nice. Our kids really liked the bedroom with the 2 twin beds. Check-in and check-out were easy. We liked having a garage, and the dustbuster was a nice bonus for vacuuming out our rental car. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. We were able to walk to hike Chapel Rock. Bell Rock is close as well. Traffic can be busy at times, as you get closer to the main traffic circles, but the house is located on a nice, quiet street. We were there the week after a Christmas, so that may have been a factor.
