Real wood floors, high-end appliances, zero-entry showers w/ hand laid, spa-like pebble floors, waterfall quartz countertop, backlit mirrors, onyx sinks, insta-hot water, luxury mattresses, quite neighborhood, separate office, etc. Very quiet home and a great workspace. I am new to VRBO, but a very experienced all five star host on other sites. Price firm.
Extra Detail:
The home is 1450 square feet with 2 beds (queen-sized) and 2 baths (each with showers; no tub). There is also a trundle sofa bed in the living room. All finishes are custom. You won't find cheap, out-of-the-box showers or low-end mattresses. We also have a new washer /dryer with complimentary detergent. There is a very nice water filter in the home (to fill water bottles) and the showers have instant-hot plumbing (i.e., no need to wait for the water to warm up) with rain shower heads. All appliances are high-end. The home has very nice finishes and furniture. NOTHING is cheap.
The home also has new exterior paint and custom iron doors. The yard is clean has lots of trees and a sitting area. There is a carport space for your vehicle plus an extra space.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Most of the residents are retired.
This home may not be well suited for young children or those with bodily control challenges. The reason for such is that the home contains glass shower doors and large glass windows. We also have cleaning supplies in the laundry room that are within reach of children.
We are unable to accept pets as some guests have allergies. No smoking inside the home, please.
Max occupancy = five individuals.
Games and other nice extras are available for use in the home. Mattresses and linens are luxurious, 5-star hotel quality.
There is a full, modern kitchen with all new high-end appliances, custom cabinets, cookware, etc. There is a BBQ outside.
USB phone outlets are in the bedrooms (located on the alarm clock) and under the kitchen island counter-top.
The new Smart TV allows you to access your movie accounts, like Amazon, Netflix and Hulu.

(A NOTE TO BARGAIN SHOPPERS: Sedona is one of the most expensive towns for home ownership and remodel work in the state.
We put a great deal into the home and it is much larger than a 375 square foot hotel room. The average 375 square foot hotel room in Sedona is $400 when it’s off season! Our home is 1400 square feet and MUCH nicer. The interior of our home quality is similar to L’Auberge Hotel suites. At this hotel a one bed; 470 square foot total room typically rents for $1200++ per night. Large rooms at lower quality hotels rent for over $600 per night.
