This may have been my favorite place we've ever stayed! We have a large family, my husband and I, and our 6 kids ranging from ages 9-24. There plenty of space for everyone, and the place is the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. The spacious living room was perfect for lounging and movie watching after a long day of hiking, and the huge dining table was perfect for family meals and games. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools/gadgets needed, and the fireplace made the place so warm and cozy.The outdoor area is a dream! We loved roasting s'mores on the fire pit and playing pool in the casita. The whole area is so tranquil. Adriana and Matt have thought of everything as if they anticipate everything one might need on a trip. We stayed during Christmas and they even set up a Christmas Tree for us! They have all the extras you need when you're in a home away from home. Along with the amazing outdoor area, it's the little things like providing sunblock, tape, and an assortment of spices and condiments in the kitchen that really make this place stand out. There is no beating the location. The house is located in a very quiet little neighborhood, and it is within a couple minute drive to the shuttle for Cathedral Rock. There are several amazing trails within just a short drive (under 10 minutes), and shopping is a short 5-10 minute drive. We can't wait to go back!

This was the perfect house! Loved the location and loved the space, both indoors and outdoors. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. The outdoor space and casita were such a bonus with a pool table and corn hole. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day on the trails. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of room for multiple people to cook meals. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and said multiple times what a perfect house it was for our vacation.

Beautiful Sedona location

We’ve been going to Sedona for about 20 years so we’ve stayed in many hotels, cottages & one hosted house. This home is fantastic! The casita & backyard is great for families! Our age range was 17mo - 51 & all in between that & everyone enjoyed the outside games, inside games, jacuzzi, and all the comforts of home! One of our fav rentals ever!

I’ve been renting houses through VRBO from year 1 and this one truly lived up to the listing despite and our expectations. Owner was easy and friendly to work with, but it’s the backyard….AZ dream! Hot tub, pool, fire pits, casita bar, grill, this place delivered. We had a blast celebrating our NAU grad. This place is a great find. Well stocked kitchen too….love that!

During spring break 2025, my wife and I resided at the house with our four children. We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations, which were ideal for a young family and children. The house boasts ample space and an inviting outdoor area, including a hot tub, fenced yard, cornhole, and ample patio space for entertaining and dining under the azure Arizona sky.Adriana was exceptionally helpful in addressing our inquiries and providing recommendations for Sedona and neighboring towns. We highly recommend this host and anticipate returning in the future.

Hiking Getaway

The property was amazing. The home was very cozy and comfortable. The casita made for a nice quiet spot for a little remote work without bothering anyone. The weather was a little colder than we anticipated, so we weren't able to enjoy all the great outdoor space as much as we would've liked, but it was very nice. We were able to walk to one trailhead and all of the others were an easy short drive. Thanks so much for having us, we had a blast!

Perfect Couples Retreat

We recently traveled to Sedona for a couples vacation and were super fortunate to find this gem! Everything about this home was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals, as well as all the needed tools for grilling! The backyard yard was a definite bonus… fire pit, yard games, hot tub, plus a pool table, bathroom and full kitchen in the casita. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and answered any questions we had within minutes! Can’t wait to return!

The owner was incredibly sweet and responsive, offering great tips for hiking to the creek, which our family thoroughly enjoyed! The home had a charming ranch-style vibe, which we absolutely loved. Both the front and back yards were beautifully designed, with plenty of seating areas to relax in. The location was fantastic—having stayed in West Sedona before, we found this spot even better. It’s close to town, hiking trails, and nestled in a neighborhood surrounded by trees, creating a serene atmosphere. Inside, the house had a spacious open layout with multiple seating areas, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The recliners in the living room were a highlight, and I absolutely loved the swivel chairs in the kitchen. The entire home was cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. The beds were comfortable, and one of the best surprises was the excellent water pressure in the showers—a real treat, especially since we come from a place where water pressure is limited. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with toiletries in case we forgot anything. The only minor hiccup was the mosquitoes. Opening the roll-up door in the casita let a few in, but a little bug spray kept them at bay. Of course, this wasn’t the owner’s fault. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others!

Super sweet, spacious and cozy

This is truly a wonderful vacation rental. Great location with easy access to main road, Sedona, Oak Creek, trailheads, sites. The house itself is large, welcoming and comfortable. Six adults (2 couples, 2 singles) had all the space and privacy needed. More so, the property offers so many places and spaces to congregate and share, indoors and out. We had a blast, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Responsive hosts were the icing on the cake. Full marks and highest recommendation.

Gorgeous Home Retreat

My husband and I came here with four of our friends to go off roading in our jeeps. We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful home packed full of games in a separate casita to enjoy after long days on trails. We couldn’t believe how welcoming this home was. From the layout to each individual decor in the rooms throughout the entire home. Beds were amazingly comfortable and there was plenty of room. We had the BEST time here. Loved waking up to the beautiful surrounding serene area while sipping our coffee and enjoyed the BBQ outside while we played pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi amongst other card and dice games indoor. This is a MUST home away from home and will treasure our memories we made during our stay. We will definitely recommend to others and would love to return again in the future to finish some more trails !! Thank you Adrianna and Matt for sharing your piece of heaven with us !!!
