We arrived very late , and the woman behind the desk was not very friendly nor welcoming. My bf had to use the restroom since we had just driven from California to Sedona, and she made him go all the way down to restroom in the dark and downhill from the office. The bellman was very nice, and so was the view. But the furnishings were less than luxurious and the floor was bare. Old plumbing fixtures, scratchy towels. It was far overpriced with these issues at $500 a night. We left a day early and checked into L’Auberge De Sedona for 3 additional nights. So much better

The room was nice and clean. The front desk gentlemen that was there yesterday evening was very nice. The problem was early in the morning. We were on the bottom floor and the guests upstairs started walking and rolling luggage. We could hear it clearly at around 5am. Didn’t rest like I would’ve wanted to.

We paid extra for a room and the views and a fireplace. The fireplace wasn’t real - it was some sort of electric thing that made crackling sounds. They misrepresented the amenities.
