Lovely feel to the house - we had family staying nearby and was a great place to host them. Open space inside and out, swimming pool, table tennis and pool table all made for a great time. Eric and Fanny were very welcoming. Easy location to drive to the beach but not crowded to come home to. Delicious bakery 5mins walk. Great holifay.

Nice location for a family vacation

The beautiful house ticked off all aspects of the add, nicely located at the borders of Seignosse Bourg directly at a little lake. The neighborhood was calm and the terrace and most windows led to the lake and the forrest behind. The pool was great for a leisure day at home as well as for quick swim in between. The house had everything necessary for us for a 3 weeks vacation with a family of 5. Eric, the owner, and his wife warmly welcomed us and communication and contact in between was really easy and quick. The house has here and there a few little things which could do with a little bit of maintenance but nothing really bothering at all. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is normally also housing a dog which might be important to know for people with respective allergies.

We enjoyed the house of Eric very much with our family, Especially the many chill spots and the swimming pool. The house is in a beautiful location. Close to everything you need. The house does need some maintenance here and there. This has not spoiled our holiday fun at all. I can definitely recommend this house.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, avec des espaces bien conçu permettant de se sentir bien et de se détendre, même quand la météo est capricieuse. Luminosité et vue agréable. Parfaite communication et sens du service de la part du. propriétaire Une petite remarque pour en faire une ,certains équipements et les sanitaires pourraient être rénovés. Mais ça n'a pas du tout été une gêne pendant notre séjour.

Ruhig & entspannt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am See. Es ist himmlisch ruhig, die Kinder hatten reichlich Abwechslung mit Pool, Tischtennis und Billard. Eric war ein äusserst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar, es gibt tatsächlich kaum Mücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In de natuur kort bij de beste golven

Alle ruimte om te genieten van zon en de geweldige golven. Aan het zwembad grenzend aan een natuurdomein rust en schoonheid. We zagen een reebok, ijsvogeltjes en grote vissen in het achterliggende meer. We hoorden de torenvalk roepen en 's nachts de evers zoelen. Prachtige plek.

Un petit coin de Paradis à Seignosse

La maison d'Éric est vraiment très agréable, dans un cadre très calme, au bord d'un étang. La maison est très grande et bien agencée avec un grand salon ouvert donnant sur la terasse, idéal pour les repas. Tout est pensé et fait pour que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

Belle maison dans un endroit fantastique

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la maison d’Eric. La maison répondait à toutes nos expectations: grandes chambres, plusieurs belles terraces, belle piscine avec vue sur l’étang, cuisine bien équippée + BBQ et tepanyaki,... Seignosse est un endroit très agréable, tout près des différentes plages et des écoles de surf et est située idéalement pour visiter de beaux villages comme Biarritz, Bayonne, San Sebastián etc... Notre host Eric était très sympa et il nous a donné plusieurs conseils que nous avons prèsque tous suivi (avec succès!). Nous recommandons la maison et l’endroit à tout le monde!

Un merveilleux séjour dans une maison magnifique ! Exactement ce que nous souhaitions pour une semaine de vacances reposante et calme, dans un cadre encore plus beau que ce nous avions imaginé. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Et incroyablement lumineuse, merci les grandes baies vitrées ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec cette belle vue sur les bois, dont nous avons pu profiter grâce à un temps magnifique. De lumineuses vacances !

Excellentes vacances familiales dans cette belle maison lumineuse. La pièce principale baignée de lumière est un lieu de vie collective très agréable. Cuisine ouverte, salon doté d'un très grand canapé, baies vitrées coulissantes tout autour permettant de prolonger l'espace intérieur par la grande terrasse extérieure. 6km de vélo pour aller à la plage par la piste cyclable rend la maison bien accessible. Et bien évidemment une piscine bienvenue et idéalement positionnée pour compléter des journées au soleil. Le calme et le grand confort à quelques kms de la mer.

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines entres amis avec enfants. Piscine sécurisée car accès protégé. 2 ème belle terrasse près de la piscine très agréable. Quartier résidentiel très calme à 2 min à pied du bourg de Seignosse. Océan à 15min en voiture. Location propre correspondant à l'annonce (c'est plus grand en vrai que sur les photos). Les + : un grand plan de travail pour cuisiner, des grandes chambres avec rangement et un salon avec deux grands canapés . Les - : on a cherché, on n'a pas trouvé. On vous conseille le boucher de Seignosse super sympa qui nous a régalé pendant 2 semaines pour nos barbeucs sur la terrasse. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant à l'image de sa maison. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation. Carine et toute la team !
