Would not recommend. Firstly, we paid for 8 nights and have documentation to prove it however when we arrived we were told there were guests staying in the house and the host only had a record of us staying beginning 2 days later. Although the host was nice, this caused us to have to book two new rooms to stay in during high season which was very expensive. The most frustrating part of the check-in was that there was no electricity. This meant no wifi, no a/c, no hot water, no fan, no TV. This was crucial, as I was travelling for work and needed connection as well to keep in touch with my daughter back home. The property managers needed to top up electricity and it took them one day to do so. Then for 2 days they did not top up the data for internet. They gave us a story that the app was down however we later came to learn that they never even had a sim in the internet box. The following day the water ran out. They instructed us to use a bucket of water that had been left in the kitchen from the previous guests. The following day again no electricity because they did not top up enough money on the account. Ad included laundry but there was no laundry - it had to be given to the cleaner and returned a couple days later- laundry returned damaged. Place full of cockroaches. They told us to limit our electricity and internet use b/c it was costing them too much money. Ad included patio, there was no patio only walking space around a pool we were not allowed to use.
