Part of Bayside Resort, this spacious townhome is ready for your next adventure! Within walking distance of on-site attractions like the indoor pool, the kid's splash zone, Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center, and snack and tiki bars, you may never want to leave the resort. When you do venture out, leave the car behind and hop on the in-season shuttle offered by Bayside that drops you directly on the beach.

On the ground level of your stay, you’ll find the first bedroom and a full bathroom. Step out into to garage and you'll find a comfy, hang-out space adorned with soft seating. A gas grill and an extra refrigerator provide a great spot to cook out.

On the main level of the home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen all set for whipping up a tasty coastal dinner. A small balcony off the kitchen is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or a cool beverage. The family room has a large TV and soft seating. Just off the family room, you’ll find a shaded porch that overlooks the resort's calming water feature.

Upstairs, you’ll find two main bedrooms, each with en-suite full baths. The larger of the two boasts a jetted soaking tub with a separate shower and a small private balcony. The second offers a sofa by a sunny window - a quiet place to catch up on your favorite book. The separate laundry is located on this level for convenience.

Note: Bayside charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. Bayside Resort is also home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment. Enjoy access to three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and Freeman Arts Pavilion. THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
