This home offers easy access to the beach, resort amenities, and golf privileges. Enjoy the best of peaceful resort living combined with the excitement of the Delaware coast.

Planning a concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion? You’re within walking distance! Golfing? Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course is top-tier, scenic, and upscale. (Tee-time not included in the resort amenity fee).

Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. 2026 summer rates are $65 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. The total resort fee must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. Guests will be communicated with post-booking so you can enjoy world-class Bayside Resort amenities:

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house smelled strongly of animals, so much so some of the girls had to change houses. The women that did stay, had issues regulating the temperature in the bedrooms.
