Modern farmhouse with oversized gourmet kitchen, formal living, dining room and keeping room with guest fireplace, it is an open concept for you to enjoy a sharing moment, there's a large from and back porches with outdoor sitting and TV come with fireplace and firepit comes with 6 acres.
The home has an adorable studio apartment and id located just 9 miles from the Lake Terrace convention center and 12 miles from USM. Enjoy the views of an active farm with cows, sheep, horses, and herding dog training. Less than a mile from the OKATOMA outdoor post where you can go kayaking or canoeing on the OKATOMA river. Enjoy dinner or lunch at Shady acres, which is less than a mile from the apartment. Luxury linens and the most comfortable bed provide a wonderful nights rest. Kitchen is complete with everything you need to create a wonderful meal. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and there is a full sized one in the garage for your use. Bathroom is small and has a shower only. Studio has an electric fireplace for those cooler nights and plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer are in the shared garage space. You will have garage parking for your stay.

Family Time

This home was beyond or expectations, if you are looking for a family getaway this is the place. It was big enough to accommodate our entire family the lining area in the home was layed out so nice with the 2 living rooms off the big kitchens that everyone was able to be in the area at the same time. Then the outside patios and porches was the same way. If your looking for a beautiful place to stay to kayak the river at the Okatoma or just explore Hattiesbuge this is your pleace to stay.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful, the house is big and spacious, the bed were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you needed. Becky was very hospitable and veey helpful. We travel to the Hattiesburg area for work pretty often and we will definitely be come back to this place in the future.
