Upon entering, you are welcomed into the living area, which includes a compact yet functional kitchenette and a cozy lounge area, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Vintage items on the shelves, wooden accents, and classic décor create a rustic and authentic atmosphere that reflects the charm of the local culture. A French door opens onto a small private terrace—ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying the panoramic view of the bell tower and the green valley below. The double bed is located on a mezzanine overlooking the living area—an intimate and cozy space accessed via a practical spiral staircase. The bathroom is complete with a shower.

The apartment features air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during warmer months.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

There is no private parking, but many free public parking spaces are available nearby.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

How to get there:

By car: from the E80 motorway, take the Sestri Levante exit and follow your GPS. The apartment is about 2 minutes away.

By train: from Genova Brignole station, take a regional train toward La Spezia and get off at “Riva Trigoso” (15 stops, approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes). From there, walk about 3 minutes to the apartment.
