Pleasant one-bedroom apartment with an open terrace and partial sea view.
It comprises: - a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) - an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and television opening onto a sunny terrace shaded by an awning.
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) - a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).
Additional charges: Tourist tax
Optional services payable on site:
* Disposable linen kits for sale from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
* Towel rental at €6 per person (1 large and 1 small).
* Final cleaning fee from €60.
Security deposit not cashed and returned 3 weeks after departure: €500. Security deposit not cashed and returned upon departure: €80 for the remote control which gives access to the above-ground parking lot, non-private spaces.
