Unit Layout
You can accommodate up to 11 guests in this spacious 7-room house spanning 250 square meters over two levels. The house features a bright, modern, and tasteful decor with a living/dining room that includes a dining table and TV, leading out to a terrace. There is one double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC and double hand-basin, which also provides access to the garden. Additionally, there is another living room with a terrace exit. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and it also leads out to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a room without a window containing a French bed (160 cm), and another room with one set of bunk beds, a pull-out bed (for one person), a shower/bidet/WC, and double hand-basin. The upper floor houses a room with a dressing room, a French bed (160 cm), and a shower/bidet/WC, as well as an open room with two beds (100 cm in length, 200 cm).

Amenities Included
The property is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features heating, air-conditioning, and underfloor heating (available only from October 1st to April 15th). The floors are beautifully finished with parquet.
