Perfection in Paradise!

From start to finish our stay in the Ritz Carlton Residence #612 exceeded all of our expectations. Arlene was delightful and very helpful in getting us reserved for our one week family vacation. Followed by Ritche, our concierge, was so patient and diligent in making sure we had all of our groceries arranged and reservations secured prior to our arrival. Throughout our stay we were also assisted by Karla and Oshane and many more concierge staff who always went above and beyond to make certain that any requests or assistance were addressed. Upon entering the 612 residence our family of 9 were all mesmerized by how gorgeous the property was and the amazing beach/ocean views. The unit is expansive and beautifully decorated. The rooms are all situated in a way in which you feel you have your own private space and are still able to enjoy the common areas with your family/ traveling party. The resort has many wonderful amenities to enjoy for those of all ages. From of course the beach and pools to a kids water park, basketball court, water sports of all kinds, spa and restaurants (our favorite was Seven). Our family had an amazing and memorable vacation and it was thanks to the kindness of all the staff and a spectacular beach setting. Thank you to all the wonderful Ritz Carlton staff.
