Our condo is conveniently close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and Camana Bay, ensuring you won't need to rent a car. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion for your comfort. Beach towels are ready for your seaside adventures, and we include laundry soap and dishwasher tabs for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, featuring a full stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV. The complex offers three common grilling areas, onsite parking, and a tennis court.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the shared swimming pool. Upon your arrival, you will discover a welcome book containing all the essential information you need, including WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and emergency contacts.

The Neighborhood:
Visitors can explore the harbor, and will be delighted by the many stores lining the waterfront. These boutiques offer luxury jewelry, watches, and perfumes at duty-free prices. Additionally, all the essentials for daily life are easily accessible, from laid-back beach bars to upscale restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and top-notch facilities.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood's convenient location makes it easy to get around, whether by bus, electric scooter or on foot. For grocery shopping, you may either need a car or opt for the delivery option offered by some grocery stores.

Other Things to Note:
Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations.
For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
14+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee.
7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

December & January Cancellation Policy:
60+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee.
30-60 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee.
Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
