Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.

Accommodation:

2nd Floor Unit #7 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath canal front condo that sleeps up to 4 guests.  Each of the 2 bedrooms has comfortable Queen-size beds.

Fully Equipped:

The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:

Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Inclusions:

Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:

The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive.

Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:

Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:

- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

In the West Bay area: Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.

Guests can opt for a rental car, through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

We loved it at Snug Harbor. The host Don and property management Betty Ann are absolute the best. There is a beautiful screened in porch and the house is a quick drive to beautiful beaches.

Nice and simple

The unit was nice and simple. No frills, but comfortable. We loved sitting out on the screened in balcony to read, eat meals, chat and enjoy being outside. The management staff were truly lovely! Betty Ann was always quick to respond to questions, very kind, and shared helpful information. Shelley, our housekeeping friend, was also kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Amazing stay!! Extremely clean and appointed with everything you need. The location is amazing. Quick walk to Camara Bay shopping and easy access to the beach. You can’t beat this 7 mile beach location. We will certainly be back.

Great stay in a quiet location

We stayed here in unit 7 from Feb 29-March 9 2024 and the location was quiet and near so many great things including Camana Bay (shops close at 5:30) but plenty of Resturants that were all great. We rented a car and explored all parts of this lovely island. Never felt unsafe, The people on Grand Cayman are so nice! Shelly the on site manager was readily available And always ready to meet our needs very sweet lady! Only thing we noticed was a lot of dogs barking in the neighborhood no fault of the property though ! Would stay here again for sure !

Very Nice Stay - Wonderful Manager

We had a very nice e stay at this property. We especially appreciated the friendly welcome we received from Shelly. The screened in porch was a blessing, as we discovered the mosquitos can be quite vicious at night. Everything was neat and tidy. We would recommend to others! Thank you!

Beautiful condo with easy access to Georgetown beaches and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet (upstairs) unit, perfect for our family of 3. Having access to washer and dryer is always a bonus. On site parking, having beach towels and beach chairs provided was very nice. Shelly (our property contact) was very friendly, and checked on us each day!
