Kid-friendly, staff are friendly and has good amenities. The food was better than expected but the price is also higher than anticipated. The 95$ pp per day accummulated to $500 for 2 days (5meals) there’s also a lounge fee ($13) that I was not aware of.

Couldn’t get to my room 3 feet of snow blocking my path asked to be moved advised resort was fully booked( not true I saw lots of empty rooms. ) otherwise food was good this is a very family resort . I couldn’t use the pool . Overcrowded with children using all the indoor facilities. Bed was terrible .

We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips.
