If you’re looking for a rare combination of rustic and modern, nature and comfort nestled at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains, look no further. Welcome to the Urban Cottage; a place to get lost then found! With its pristine LOCATION, the cottage is located just 5 minutes to the main parkway that connects Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, 4 miles to Dollywood and The Island and 10 miles to The GSMNP! Our Cottage is close to all attractions, yet tucked away from it all! Sleeps 8.

Originally built in 1995, this cottage underwent an extensive renovation in 2021. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and has everything you could desire for your getaway. On your way in, you’ll notice just how centrally located we are to all the main attractions, we really have the BEST LOCATION as we are in the center of it all! Just a few miles to main attractions such as Dollywood and The Island and only 10 miles away from Gatlinburg attractions! The drive is easy, no crazy windy roads.

When you enter The Urban Cottage, you will enjoy open concept living where the fully equipped kitchen overlooks a rustic-chic living area. We designed the cottage with nature in mind, so you will find organic, natural elements throughout the cottage in the form of marble, wood, leather and stone! The kitchen has true Carrara Marble countertops, locally-made hickory hardwood floors, black walnut open shelving hand crafted by a local artist from Cobbly Nob. Curl up and enjoy the ambiance of the wood-burning fireplace while lounging on the leather sofa and Sherpa chairs in this lodge style cottage!

The main level master bedroom is rustic yet romantic and offers a spacious king size bed, large 50” smart tv and walk-in closet. Enjoy a spa-like master bathroom that includes a luxurious, marble walk-in shower.

One of my most favorite things to do at the cottage is to have my morning coffee out on the main level deck that overlooks the outdoor living area and fire pit. Curl up with a cozy blanket on the porch swing and enjoy a slow start to your morning listening to the sounds of all the birds.

The two bedrooms downstairs are the perfect hidden retreat for the rest of the group. The bunk room is made with the kids in mind, having two sets of twin bunks, sleeping 4 kids comfortably with their own smart TV! The other guest bedroom has a queen bed and 50” smart tv. These two rooms share a bathroom with a Carrara Marble tub/shower duo with double sink vanity.

When the kids need something to do, they can enjoy the game shelf, stacked with loads of classic board games such as Monopoly, Clue and Battleship or head to the arcade room! The arcade room has a Multicade which features over 60 of your favorite classic arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man! The room also includes game rockers with Bluetooth headphone connection and a Nintendo Switch with games such as Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey and Animal Crossing.

When you walk out the downstairs patio, you’ll notice the brand new jetted hot tub that’s located steps from the fire pit! Enjoy cooking dinner on the outdoor grill and have everyone gather around the fire pit after to roast marshmallows! You’ll hear the sounds of the Dollywood coal train as it makes its way around. The Urban cottage is a true gem nestled in the mountains of Pigeon Forge to give you that wonderful Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for, yet minutes to all main attractions!

Electronic keypad entry on main level. Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the surrounding backyard.

Check in is at 3pm the date of your arrival and check out is at 10am the date of your departure. If the cottage is ready early, we will alert you.
