Inside, bedrooms are outfitted with smart TVs for easy streaming, and the primary suite adds a cozy electric fireplace. A laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi help you stay connected when needed, and in-home laundry makes longer stays simple. It’s an easy home base for shopping, zoos, museums, and more nearby.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and smart TV. Sleeps 2.

• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds, smart TV, and gaming console. Sleeps up to 4.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Shower/tub combo, single vanity.

• Bathroom 2 (hall): Shower/tub combo, single vanity.





Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway is steep and gravel, and it’s subject to periodic washout. Some vehicles may find access difficult, especially in certain conditions. During winter months, an AWD or 4x4 vehicle may be necessary.

• Stairs: The home has stairs.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Due to the remote mountain location, speeds and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Security camera: One exterior camera is located at the driveway/entryway and monitors the exterior only.

• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
