In the evenings, guests can gather around the gas fireplace, cook dinner on the gas grill, or simply enjoy the quiet mountain surroundings.

Inside, entertainment options include ROKU TVs, a multicade arcade, a retro NES console with 600+ games, a Wii gaming system, board games, and cornhole. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there are plenty of ways to relax and enjoy time together.

The cabin is equipped with Starlink high-speed satellite internet (approximately 200+ Mbps), allowing guests to stream, work remotely, or stay connected with ease. A dedicated workspace makes Hearthstone an excellent choice for longer stays or remote work getaways.

Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, whole-house water filtration, ample blankets and pillows, a pack-and-play and portable booster seat for little ones, solar patio lighting, automatic safety lighting around the property, and paved parking for multiple vehicles.

Important Details Before Booking

Self check-in with door code (provided prior to arrival once required documents are completed).

To help ensure a smooth stay for all guests, the following policies apply:

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests.
• A signed rental agreement, valid ID, and guest list are required prior to arrival.
• No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or events are permitted.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is professionally drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay so each guest enjoys fresh water. Because the water is newly filled, it may appear slightly cloudy while the temperature and chemistry stabilize. If recently serviced, the tub may still be heating at check-in and typically warms 7–10 degrees per hour.

Mountain Environment

Hearthstone is a true mountain cabin. Guests may see or hear local wildlife, including bears and other animals common to the Smoky Mountains. Please enjoy observing wildlife from a safe distance and follow posted guidelines.

Access & Terrain

All roads leading to the cabin are paved, though some are steep as is common in the mountains. The cabin sits on a hillside property, and guests should use normal caution when exploring the outdoor areas.

Seasonal Notes

The gas fireplace operates seasonally from October 1 through April 1 in accordance with local safety guidelines.

Starter Supplies

Starter essentials are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish pods, trash bags, and hand soap). For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.
