Jokainen huone on sisustettu kaunopuheisesti "vanhalla maalaistalolla"! Makuuhuoneessa (yläkerrassa) on king-size-vuode, TV, sähkötakka ja iso poreallas, suihku kaksoisallasineen kylpyhuoneessa. Yläkerran kahdessa muussa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kaksi parivuodetta. Kahden makuuhuoneen keskellä on iso kylpyhuone.
Alakerrassa on AVOIN keittiötila, jossa on ruokasali, kaksi lasista liukuovet optimaalisen näkymän hevosille ja purolle. Iso pesutupa, olohuone ja TV-olohuone. Kaikki nauttivat alakerrasta, koska lapset voivat olla TV-olohuoneessa ja aikuiset olohuoneessa tai keittiössä, koska se on avoin konsepti.
TV-olohuoneessa on ranskalaiset ovet, jotka voidaan sulkea yksityiseen makuuhuoneeseen suurella sohvalla (josta tulee queen-vuode) ja rakkausistuimella. Olohuoneessa on myös täysin varustettu kylpyhuone.
Olemme liikuntarajoitteisia. Talon puolella on luiska pyörätuolia tai kävelijää varten. Kun kuistilla on 6 tuuman kynnys taloon. Alakerran täydessä kylpyhuoneessa on kävelymatka suihkuhaittaraiteille. Meillä on myös vammainen wc-istuin. TV-huoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, ja yritämme tehdä siitä mahdollisimman mukavan lisäämällä ilmapatjan ja höyhenpehmusteen. Kukaan ei ole valittanut sängystä, ja meillä on ollut siitä hyviä arvosteluja.
Edessä on kääre kuistilla. On kiva istua keinutuolissa tai kuistilla kuunnella luontoa. Takakuistilla on kaasugrilli, takorautapöytä ja tuolit, jotta voit nauttia takapihan puron äänestä ja katsella hevosia. Takapihalla on piknikpöytä ja takkakuoppa, jossa voit kokata vaahtokarkkeja tai murskaa.
Jos pidät luonnosta ja nautit rauhallisuudesta ollaan maassa kaukana nopeasta kaupunkielämästä, tämä talo on sinulle! Kun katsot ikkunoita, näet luonnon parhaimmillaan puiden kanssa ympäri, puroa ympäröi omaisuus ja hevoset tulevat takapihan läpi kävellen tai juoksevan seuraavaan laitumelle. Peaceful on the Farm

The farmhouse was very cute and in a quiet neighborhood. Farm animals (donkeys mainly) were friendly. We were only about 20 minutes or so from Pigeon Forge. Public pool is close by. Horseback riding within 45 minutes. Owners were awesome!

As we told the owners, they outdid themselves in making their guests feel welcome and at home. The solitude of the farm was exactly what we were looking for. Stay at the farm and avoid the crush of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, if that's what you're looking for. You'll be glad you did.

Peaceful Farmhouse Getaway with Sweet Donkeys

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The home was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. What a fabulous place!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The house is located in a very quiet, peaceful setting—you can’t even see the neighbors, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The home itself is charming and spacious, perfect for our family of four. Everyone—from our four-year-old to our teenage daughter—enjoyed the property and especially loved the animals. The donkey was so much fun, and we also adored the friendly cat and horses.The outdoor fire pit was cozy and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The house was very well-stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also brought our dog, and the area was great for quick runs. Despite being in a remote location, it’s still an easy drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.It was a joy to sip coffee outside in the morning and listen to the birds singing, and to watch the fireflies in the evening. We read in a previous review that the shower water had an odor, but that issue has clearly been resolved—the water was perfectly fine during our stay.We truly enjoyed every moment and are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We can’t wait to come back!Five stars all the way!

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was just as described. It was perfect. The donkeys at the animal rescue was the cherry on top. Hands down the best stay we’ve had to date. We’ll definitely be booking here again.

The Farmhouse

The home was clean & nicely furnished. The owner responds pretty quickly. We were disappointed in a few things: My 88 year old mom was not able to climb the stairs because her knee was locking up. Downstairs there's only 2 old & uncomfortable sleeper sofas to sleep on. Or u can pay an extra 10 for a blow up bed, which mom didn't want to use. The sleeper sofas had metal rods that stabbed her when she tried to sleep in the bed. The owner didn't have a solution. She did not offer to provide a blow up bed that would work well on top of the sleeper sofa. The one she had was a very tall blow up bed, meant to be on the floor. She didn't offer to provide a foam topper. So mom had a very hard time trying to get sleep & it was painful to sleep on it. They are the worst sofa beds in the history of sofa beds. The second disappointment is that the instructions left for us informed us that we have only two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom that would be provided, and if we ran out, we have to buy our own toilet paper. That is a new one on me. The toilet paper provided was single ply, thin, rough toilet paper, the kind you would give a prison inmate. So cheap. We had to ask for better toilet paper and three rolls were given to us. Then we learned that they charge 15 per day for wifi. Our phones work on wifi. So we had to say yes to the highway robbery for wifi. Another 1st. We would not stay here again. Eyes were on us 24/7, it was all about the money, not the people.

Overall Nice Stay But Some Undisclosed Issues

We only stayed for two nights but enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The farmhouse itself was lovely and comfortable. There were, unfortunately, a few issues that were not disclosed in the listing or communication prior to arrival: the water pressure was very low (owner says she addressed this after we left); owner startled us one morning in the backyard by popping up unannounced while we were having coffee and relaxing (they then proceeded to cut grass and weedeat—when we walked outside to leave for the day we just told them it was no bother bc at that point, our morning was already distrurbed); they did not setup the downstairs foldout bed and air mattress as promised (and for which we paid) for my mom who is using a wheelchair (thankfully, we brought our own air mattress as a backup); the fence which fully encloses the yard was damaged by the floods last year and the donkeys do not/ cannot come by the backyard area as mentioned in the property description. If you want to see them, you must walk up to the barn area. These are all relatively minor issues but should have been disclosed/ the description should have been adjusted so a more informed booking decision could be made.

Farm stay

Overall house was clean, they need to look into the water it had a strong smell that resembled waste water. Children enjoy the animals, along with the outdoors. Would stay again if water issues are resolved.

Wonderful stay on tranquil farm in mountains

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse. It was just what we needed. We were removed from the craziness of Pigeon Forge while still being close enough to drive to the Pirate dinner show; or go to Dollywood for the day. We were only minutes away from the entrance of the national park. My kids loved feeding the donkeys every day, and the grown ups loved the peace and quiet up on the mountain. 5 stars, would totally stay here again.

Short get away to refresh

Quite beautuful place. Very welcoming loved animal barn next door with place providing rain mud boots to use to go t9 barn. However the beds were lumpy and could feel bed springs. 4 beds present. We tried each one . All were awefuo. Beds from hell...did nor sleep well at all. Even padded bed with pillows hoping it would help slept better. Which it did not. Sugg. Also property did nit state about cleaning fee until we l9oked a5 house rules. Cleaning fees were not mented at website when booking. Feltlike this was misleading.

Perfect Place to Stay

We enjoyed the location because it is close enough to Wears Valley Road but far enough away from the busy towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are back roads to get into the busier areas without fighting as much traffic. We had a wonderful family Christmas at this cozy and well decorated house
