Welcome to Firefly Lagoon, a newly renovated Smoky Mountain cabin perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Enjoy the quiet mountain setting while staying just a short drive from Dollywood, Anakeesta, The Island, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

This family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities for all ages, including a seasonal in-ground pool, 5-person hot tub, fire pit, putting green, outdoor seating, baby gear, Nectar mattresses, and a fully loaded game room with air hockey, pinball, foosball, 6 arcade games, rollerball, Boss Toss, board games, a 70` Smart TV, and more.

THE SPACE

Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable layout with a welcome nook, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, living room, half bath, laundry area, and the ultimate game room.

The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, Keurig pod/carafe coffee maker, Instant Pot, small electric grill, cookware, bakeware, utensils, dinnerware, drinkware, and other helpful kitchen essentials. Gather for meals at our custom 9-foot dining table.

The living room offers plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player, and an acoustic guitar for guests to enjoy.

The game room is designed for fun and downtime, featuring air hockey, foosball, Boss Toss LED game, 6 arcade games, rollerball, board games, magnetic wall games, a 70` Smart TV, DVD player, movies, and a large comfy couch.

For families with little ones, we provide a kids table and chairs, kids dinnerware, high chair, pack-n-play, retractable baby gate, infant toys, and children’s books.

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed and private balcony access.

Bedroom 2 features Twin-over-Full bunk beds and bean bag chairs.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, couch, and private balcony access.

All bedrooms include Smart TVs, DVD players, closets, dressers, and luggage racks. There is also a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, anti-slip bath mat, and rinse cup for kids.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The fully enclosed backyard includes a seasonal in-ground pool, pool safety gate, 5-person hot tub, putting green, outdoor seating, and string lights.

Please note: the pool is seasonal and is usually available from late April through September. It is not heated and is not saltwater. Availability may vary, so please message us before booking if the pool is important for your stay.

The front yard includes a fire pit with Polywood seating, perfect for relaxing by the fire and roasting s’mores.

LOCATION

Firefly Lagoon is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving you easy access to the area’s top attractions while still enjoying a peaceful mountain setting.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire cabin, except for the locked owner’s closet labeled for authorized personnel.

Please respect our neighbors and stay within the property boundaries. Do not enter neighboring properties, including the old house across the way. Please do not park on the shared road or on the grass.

PARKING

Parking is available for 2 full-sized vehicles. Please do not park on the lawn, block the driveway, or obstruct the shared road.

KEYLESS ENTRY

The cabin uses secure keyless entry. You’ll receive a unique door code for your stay, so there are no keys to pick up or return.

GOOD TO KNOW

Internet & Cell Service
The cabin is in a mountain location with limited cell service depending on your carrier. We provide Starlink internet, which has been fairly reliable, but service may be affected by weather.

Pool Availability
The outdoor pool is seasonal and usually open from late April through September. The pool is covered when closed and is not available year-round.

No Pets
We love animals, but pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees of $300/pet.

Age Requirement
The booking guest must be 23 or older and must stay at the cabin for the duration of the reservation. No third-party bookings.

Mountain Weather & Utilities
Because the cabin is in a mountain area, the weather may occasionally impact power, water, or internet service. These outages are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help as quickly as possible. Refunds are not issued for temporary utility interruptions.

We strongly recommend trip insurance for added peace of mind in case of unexpected changes, cancellations, or weather-related issues.

Security Cameras
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the cabin. Cameras face the front entrance and backyard only. There are no indoor cameras.

The cameras help us monitor check-ins, check-outs, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and potential safety concerns. Please do not tamper with the cameras. We value your privacy and do not actively monitor guests during their stay.

We want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and at home during your stay at Firefly Lagoon.
HOUSE RULES

PARKING
A maximum of 2-3 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass or on the shared main road.

PROPERTY BOUNDARIES
Please stay within the property lines and do not enter our neighbors’ property, including the old house across from the cabin.

GUESTS, PARTIES & QUIET HOURS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10:00 PM, as we want to be considerate of our neighbors.

POOL, HOT TUB & CHILD SAFETY
Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted pool and hot tub safety rules, keep gates and doors closed behind you, and replace the hot tub cover when not in use. Guests use the pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities at their own risk.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Please contact us first if you are interested in early check-in or late check-out. We may be able to accommodate depending on the cleaning schedule. If approved, a $25 fee may apply.

SMOKING & CANDLES
No smoking inside the cabin and no candle burning of any kind. Indoor smoking, unauthorized fires, or damage caused by smoke/fire may result in a $100 fine plus the cost of any damages.

BUNK BEDS
Please use caution when using the bunk beds, especially with children. Guests are responsible for safe use of the bunk beds and agree to use them at their own risk.

FOOD & DRINKS
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or game room. We kindly ask that meals and snacks be enjoyed in the dining room or kitchen areas.
