The Space:

On the Rocks is a 4 level home in an area of outstanding natural beauty and yet, just an easy drive away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all the local attractions such as Dollywood, The Island, live shows and restaurants. This place truly is the best of both worlds offering both lake access while being within easy reach of Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains.
A standout feature of this retreat is the well-appointed lower level, boasting an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the pool area provide lake views, while the patio offers seating and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. On the Rocks also boasts a Sauna right in the pool room making the cabin a perfect option even in the fall/winter.
Entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate the game room, equipped with a TV, arcade games, karaoke and board games for friendly competitions. Head down to your own private dock or walk over to the community beach with seating, dock and fire pits.

Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort, though we do provide free trailer storage for guests at a nearby facility. The nearest public boat launch is 8 miles away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. There are temporary steps to the dock that are rough and have no handrails. The permanent ones will be installed once we have HOA approval.

Note: There is some construction going on in the development as other cabins are built. A stairway to the dock is currently being built and will be completed soon, however, we have made some temporary "steps" for guests to access the beach in the meantime.
