The cabin was gorgeous, however from the photos the parking looks very different in person than in the photos of the cabin. The only other issues were that there was only two rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and no extra trash bags. Other than those few items the trip was great, the views from the cabin were nice, the area was peaceful, and the cabin was located nicely between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinberg

There were a lot of things wrong with the cabin. The rails on the deck were rotten. The pickets on the deck rails were to far apart for child safty. The hot tub had screws coming out that cut my leg. NoNoNocoming

Tv needs replaced lines through it.pool table too big and room too small for a pool table..too much clutter on walls and too dark in living room. Hot tub leans to the back wall ..we enjoyed our stay just needs a little decor change.

Summer SMNP

Wonderful and clean cabin. Everything was just as expected and the check in/ check out/ and other communication was excellent. The free tickets to surrounding area attractions was a nice bonus. Cabin is right outside the entrance to SMNP and as such was easy to take advantage of all the NP has to offer.

Horrible Rental Property

We recently checked into this property on a Thursday and immediately upon arriving we knew this property looked nothing like what was in the pictures on the listing. There is a difference between being outdated and needing major repairs. Holes in the ceiling, walls, carpet, outside of hot tub, dishwasher door. Dirty and huge cobb webs that has been there a long while. Grill so nasty and rusted we wouldn’t even use it. Dining room lighting held up with zip ties. Stove vent filter looks like a rat has been chewing on it. I fell off of a stool upstairs because the seat part was not even attached to the stool itself. I’m not one to complain but I have reached out to the host twice..while we were there once and after we got home and no one has even bothered to call me back in regards to my concerns. I definitely would not recommend Summit Cabin Rentals.

No Surprises

The description was accurate.we enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean except the decorations were quite dusty. The pool table is pretty useless due to the sloped ceiling and a smaller game table or a sitting area would have been more enjoyable. The road to the cabin is extremely steep with very sharp turns, as stated, and the two-way road was only one lane wide. I was able to do it in my compact car, but we were very uncomfortable.

Cute little cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a cute cabin. I really liked having the 2 bedrooms downstairs for my family, it is perfect for those who can’t do stairs very well. The neighborhood was great and it was a fun drive up. Just a word so you’re prepared there are steep hills and some tight turns , but I didn’t have any issues with my truck.

High up on top of the mountain! Lot's of bears!

Stay was nice, the pool table was a bummer, not enough space to play in that space. We saw 16 bears up and close to are cabin are first day. I thought there was more space to sit outside to get some sun, besides the porch. Overall it was good, definitely a different experience.

It is what it is

Cons: The cabin appeared older and more worn in person than comparabled to the listing photos. Scratches on the wall, interior doors had difficulty closing and opening. The first floor mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable. It is a steep drive to reach the cabin. Not necessarily bad but can be a challenge depending on the type of vehicle you drive. Pros: It was very clean and has a hot tub. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor which is nice if traveling with family who can’t navigate the stairs.

The cabin was in a quiet, wooded area. It was clean and had all necessary things to make your stay very enjoyable. The road that takes you to the cabin was curvy and steep but we had no trouble. We enjoyed our stay.

Pigeon Forge Week

We were very satisfied with the cabin. With 2 older adults (over 80) having 2 bedrooms on the main level was imperative. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. The last 1/4 mile or so has some steep, narrow curves that had us holding our breath especially at night but we had a great stay and the weather was perfect.

First family vacation

This was our first ever family vacation and we picked the perfect cabin ! Everything was exactly like pictured. The cabin was beautiful and clean . Will definitely be booking again , hopefully soon!!
