The Space:

Mist drifts through the valleys each morning as soft winter light rises over the Smoky Mountains, turning the peaks into a quiet backdrop for your stay. Warm air greets you the moment you step through the door, and the scent of pine mingles with the faint aroma of a crackling indoor fireplace. Evenings invite slow moments, whether you unwind in the hot tub or watch the sunset from the upper decks, while the indoor heated pool glistens with mountain views through its windows.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms each feature an ensuite bathroom. The mix includes king beds, a full‑over‑full bunk, and a king bed paired with a queen‑over‑bunk. Additional sleeping spaces are provided by full‑over‑full bunks in the game room, a sleeper sofa in the sky lounge with a nearby half bathroom, and a separate kids bunk room with full‑size beds. The layout comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests.



Indoor highlights

A private indoor heated swimming pool offers year‑round enjoyment, its warm water visible through large windows. Multiple entertainment levels host golf, racing and flight simulators, a billiards table, poker table, Air Strike motion arcade, racing arcade and board games. A 98‑inch streaming TV crowns the rooftop gaming level, complemented by additional large TVs throughout the home. High‑speed wifi, a sound system, Smart TVs, an indoor fireplace and dedicated workspaces keep everyone connected and comfortable.



Outdoor living

Balconies and a private sky deck provide sweeping mountain views, perfect for sunrise or sunset moments even in cooler weather. Outdoor dining areas, a back deck, an upper deck, a front porch and a hot tub create space for layered clothing and warm drinks. A gas grill, a charcoal grill and supplied propane let you cook year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers and a large dining table designed for group meals. Open common areas make gathering easy before heading out to nearby Parkway or returning from mountain adventures.



Resort amenities

Smith Creek Resort amenities are included from March through December, granting access to a lazy river, mini‑golf, a resort‑style pool, cabanas, splash pad, pickleball court, outdoor movie theater, pool tables, table tennis and a hot tub. When these facilities are out of season, the home’s indoor pool and extensive indoor entertainment remain available.
