The Space:

Soft winter light filters across the mountains as you settle into a space designed for easy moments together. Even on crisp days, the calm setting and gentle views make it simple to slow down, whether you’re sipping coffee on a private patio or heading inside for games, movies, and warm indoor time. Smooth roads and no steep climbs let you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the season in comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms provide ample space, each with a full bathroom and a 55‑inch Smart TV. The first‑floor king‑size bed includes an ensuite. Two second‑floor king‑size bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms; one also offers a dedicated workspace. On the third floor you’ll find a king‑size bedroom with a futon‑style sofa bed, a king‑size bedroom with a queen‑over‑bunk and ensuite, and a queen‑size bedroom with ensuite. The game room adds two twin‑over‑twin bunk beds, a pull‑out sofa bed, a 55‑inch Smart TV, and access to a hallway full bathroom.



Indoor experiences

Spend snowy afternoons in the game room with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, PlayStation 5, and board games. The indoor movie theater features an 85‑inch Smart TV, Sonos surround sound with subwoofer, and a kitchenette for snacks during long movie nights. A private indoor pool stays heated to 82 °F, offering a warm escape any time of day. An electric fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere in the living room, complemented by additional seating and a 55‑inch Smart TV.



Outdoor living

Three private patios provide seating for up to 18 guests and direct mountain views, perfect for cool‑weather fresh air. A gas grill is available year‑round, along with extra outdoor furniture and dining areas. A private hot tub offers mountain views and can be enjoyed in any season.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes cooking basics, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, mini fridge, and hot‑water kettle. A large dining table accommodates bigger groups.



Family‑friendly features

A pack ’n play, travel crib, folding high chair with tray, baby safety gates, children’s dinnerware, board games, and a children’s playroom keep younger guests comfortable.

Washer and free in‑unit dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room‑darkening shades, iron, clothing storage, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, Wi‑Fi, exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit are all provided.

Smooth roads and proximity to The Parkway keep dining, shopping, and attractions within easy reach.

We have 5 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 100 guests all within walking distance of each other.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with..



The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.
