The Space:

Soft winter light filters across the peaks as you step onto a private patio, coffee in hand, while the gentle mountain hush invites you to unwind. Inside, the heated pool glows at 82°, the hot tub steams against the view, and the game room buzzes with arcade sounds, setting a relaxed yet playful tone for every guest.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms provide ample space for up to 16 guests. The first‑floor king‑size bed includes an ensuite bathroom. Two second‑floor king‑size bedrooms each have private ensuites, one with a dedicated workspace. On the third floor you’ll find a king‑size bedroom with a futon style sofa bed, a king‑size bedroom with a queen‑over‑bunk and ensuite, and a queen‑size bedroom with its own bathroom. The game room offers two twin over twin bunk beds and a pull‑out sofa bed, plus a hallway full bathroom.



Indoor experiences

Spend snowy afternoons in the game room, where arcade games, a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a PlayStation 5 keep everyone entertained. The private indoor pool, heated to 82°, offers a warm escape, while the electric fireplace adds cozy ambience to the living area with its 55″ Smart TV. An 85″ Smart TV, Sonos surround sound, and a kitchenette turn the movie theater into a perfect spot for marathon film nights.



Outdoor living

Three private patios accommodate up to 18 guests, each framed by mountain views and equipped with seating for cool‑weather gatherings. A gas grill and additional outdoor furniture make year‑round cooking easy, and the hot tub provides steaming relaxation with the same panoramic backdrop.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. A large dining table seats the whole group, while a mini fridge and hot‑water kettle add convenience for snacks and drinks.



Family‑friendly features

A pack ’n play, travel crib, folding high chair with tray, baby safety gates, children’s dinnerware, board games, and a dedicated playroom ensure younger guests feel at home.



Essentials & home features

Washer, free‑in‑unit dryer, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, room‑darkening shades, iron, and ample storage are provided. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, and Wi‑Fi keep the climate comfortable. Safety includes exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit.



Neighborhood

The Smith Creek Reserve waterpark resort offers free access to a lazy river, infinity pool, fire pits, cabanas, outdoor movie theater, communal hot tubs, lifesize games, pickleball court, putting green, mini‑golf, and a snack shack. Smooth roads and nearby Parkway keep dining, shopping, and attractions within easy reach.



Pet‑friendly

Pets are welcome for a $125 fee for up to 2 dogs, with food and water bowls, a 36″ crate, and a basket of doggie toys provided. Cats are not allowed.

We have 5 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 100 guests all within walking distance of each other.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with..



The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.
