The Perch is intentionally designed as an off-grid escape. There is no Wi-Fi or television, creating space to unplug from daily distractions and reconnect with nature, meaningful conversation, or a good book. Cell service is generally available depending on your carrier.

Things to Know:
The bedroom loft is accessed by a captain's ladder, which is steeper than a traditional staircase and requires comfortable mobility.
Guests have access to the tiny home, porch, scenic overlook, and walking trail.

A separate home is located on the property. Please respect the privacy of guests staying there by remaining within the designated tiny home area.
The canvas tents, retreat fire pit, sauna, and other retreat amenities are reserved for guests staying at the main retreat house and are not included with this rental.
