Room was clean! Front desk accommodated a very late check in (almost 1 AM). If you are looking for fancy, keep looking, but if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep on your way through the Texas panhandle, this is your stop.

This establishment was rated as a 9.2, but this was back in 2017. Today, in 2026, this is. closer to a 2.2, with peeling paint, faded glory,and a general run down appearance. Inside the room was better, with a fresh look and good sheets, and covers. Breakfast was mainly waffles, biscuits and gravy. Adequate, but not great. Overall, adequate value relative to cost ($55.00)

We had a beautiful stay. The room was clean, the sheets smelled wonderful, it was newly repainted, the beds were comfy, and breakfast was pretty good. The property was a bit older, but you could tell they really put a lot into keeping it nice. Perfect for an economy place to stay the night when traveling.

This was a great fun for us. It’s an older motel, and it shows a bit, but you can tell the family works very hard to keep it repaired and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly full, with waffles, coffees, and teas, cereal, eggs, and biscuits and gravy.
